Since 2019, URCS is implementing a response to Public Health emergencies program funded by the Government of Uganda through Ministry of Health.
Part of the outcome areas for this program is to improve emergency medical services along the major highways by providing timely response to casualties of Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) and in doing this, URCS is operating a fleet of 21 Ambulances.
