The Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) is the country’s leading National Humanitarian Organization and a member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement since 1965. Uganda Red Cross Society invites sealed bids from interested Firms, Companies, Organizations and Individuals for Prequalification for Provision of Goods, Services and Works for the Financial Years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 in the following categories.
Applicants are welcome to express interest in one or more of the categories listed above.
Those who wish to apply for more than two Lot Numbers within the same category are encouraged to do so. The payment for each category is UGX: 150,000= regardless of the number of lots applied for within that category. Should you wish to apply across multiple categories, UGX: 150,000= will be required for each separate category.
Up Country Providers are particularly encouraged to apply and must indicate the districts they wish to serve
Prequalification Bid Documents MUST be picked from:
Uganda Red Cross Society Head Office on Plot 551/555 Rubaga Road Supply Chain and Estates Management Directorate upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Shillings Only) for each Category. Bid Documents shall be purchased from the Uganda Red Cross Society Cash Office at the National Headquarters from Wednesday 23rd April, 2025 to 13th May, 2025 between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Bidders must submit two copies of the bidding documents (Original and Duplicate), enclosed in a single sealed envelope. The envelope must be clearly marked with the category being applied for (i.e., Works, Supplies, or Services). All submissions must be delivered no later than 4:00 PM on 14th May 2025 to the address below:
