URCS Management informs the general public that there is a forged organization in the names of “Red Cross East Africa” which also masquerades as a member of the International Red Cross family. The same organization is promising jobs through “Amnesty International” (suspected scam too) and the applicants have to present Red Cross membership cards for them to be considered.
